The staff were helpful, especially Lisa and the chefs who catered to my dietary needs during breakfast. The room was bright, clean, and spacious enough for my wheelchair. I appreciated the accessibility features provided in the bathroom and enjoyed the well-maintained leisure facilities.
Evening meals were disappointing with long wait times and inconsistencies in food quality.

Room 352 was super spacious with a nice tv, free toiletries like shampoo and body soap, and comfy beds that helped us sleep well. Breakfast had lots of options, including freshly cooked items. The indoor pool was clean and warm. Staff were friendly. Spa facilities looked great too.

Very nice ang big room with one kingsize bed and 2 single beds.Very good service of the reception staff and very friendly.
Room was quite expensive, but this was due to the triathlon event that took place. This was also the reason of our stay. But hotel is ideally located for this. First night was much more expensive than the second one.

Extraordinary dining experience awaits
The evening meal was amazing. The chef's ability to craft dishes was excellent. The serene ambiance further enhanced our stay.
Sadly, cleaning seemed overlooked-especially in the pool area. We faced delays during check-in and some staff appeared untrained. Communication could have been clearer about amenities.

Friendly staff, eager to cater for any of your requirements. Manager (blonde hair) on duty was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Had originally booked two nights however stayed the third night due to being very impressed with the facilities. Stayed Thurs - Sat. Thurs was very quiet and had the pool/jacuzzi etc mainly to ourselves, likewise on the Friday however on the Saturday th hotel was hosting a wedding and therefore was very crowded, especially on Sunday morning for breakfast. Excellent breakfast with wide range and variety. Young couple on our first weekend away together and the Hodson Bay did not dissapoint. Very close to Glasson, where we dines two nights. If you dont drive there is an excellent taxi service provided by Hennessy Taxis whom provide a very comfortable and affordable service.
